| Description | Founder Lori A. Neal, Principal at Diamond Interiors LA, began the partnership with the LA Reef (Formerly LA Mart) to provide a much needed environment to meet and collaborate while developing and working on projects. The concept has been supported by some of the industry’s major players as well as many collaborations with people who believed in what we were developing. In approaching our second year we expanded the concept to include services for the local design and procurement communities to provide a platform that puts the “Creative” back into the design process. The addition of Julie Duenas Whalen as Partner at DILA-LA Collective with her 25 years of experience with International brands and working across many verticals has created a broader spectrum of business opportunities. The 8000sqft showroom features a Design Resource library that can be used by designers, clients & students alike. The layout a gallery of vignettes promoting our displaying partners’ products found in all aspects of the process. We have been host to many events for NEWH, IIDA, Boutique Design and ASID that benefit charity and scholarship, the networking and exposure are added benefits that bring the process full circle. |
